In the heart of London, amidst the city’s vibrant energy, Team Serenity recently convened for our first quarterly meeting of the year.
One of the key focal points of our discussion was the ever-evolving nature of our business. We took stock of our recent victories, particularly by hearing firsthand how the work done has made a real difference to our clientâs lives. We agreed, this is something weâd love to share more of with you in the future.
With the onset of the new tax year just around the corner, our attention naturally turned to some of the changes coming in the 2024 â 2025 tax year. We dissected the intricacies of the changes ahead, in particular to pensions, ensuring we remain well-informed and equipped to navigate any adjustments with confidence. Empowering our clients to make informed decisions is at the core of what we do.
Our meeting also provided an opportunity to explore the latest enhancements to one of our platforms, Transact. With a focus on user experience and functionality, the updates discussed are aimed at streamlining processes and providing greater convenience to both clients and to us.
Amidst the business talk, we found moments to indulge in the lighter side of things. An Easter egg exchange brought a sense of camaraderie and warmth to the proceedings, reminding us that even in the world of finance, thereâs always time for chocolate! đ
