One Year On!

The 1st of July will signal my first anniversary with Serenity. 

In many ways, the time has flown by, not least because it feels like I have been part of the Serenity family for many years.

Having known Tina for over 15 years and Clive for at least 10, joining the team was a natural progression in my career. I have followed and admired Serenity for some years. It is with reassurance that I can confidently say that the client’s goals and objectives are firmly placed at the centre of everything we do. 

I have enjoyed being able to continue a first-class service for my clients under the banner of Serenity and have the security of knowledge of working with like-minded professionals.

Serenity’s team ethic has certainly impressed me. Flowing through the business, with the senior management team setting the standard with an authentic leadership style, everyone can have their say and everyone is listened to. It creates an environment where trust thrives, and a genuine client-centric culture.

It is hard to believe it has been a year since joining Serenity. This was a big step for me both personally and professionally, but also for my clients. I thank you all for joining me on this journey, for believing in me, and for trusting my decision to join such a great team.

I’m looking forward to building on a tremendous first year in the next and following years.
