Hollie Simpson
Client Relationship Manager & Support Team Leader
Hollie joined the Serenity team in 2018 as a Client Relationship Manager. Having previously worked from our Lincoln office, she has relocated back to the North East and now works remotely from her home in Chester Le Street. Hollie’s key role is to support our clients and Financial Life Planners and is currently completing an apprenticeship in Paraplanning, with the aim to become level four qualified by the end of 2023.
Outside of work Hollie has recently bought her first home with boyfriend Silvio and their two furry children, Boxer dog Oscar and new edition Arlo who they rescued from a stray shelter earlier this year. A proclaimed ‘foodie’ and lover of true crime shows, Hollie also loves exploring new places both in and outside of the UK. Her favourite holiday to date would have to be Morocco, but she has a long list of places she’d like to visit.
