Director & Head of Operations
As Head of Operations at Serenity Financial Planning, I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly so our team can focus on delivering the best possible service to our clients. My role encompasses overseeing business operations, optimising processes and maintaining the high standards that define our approach to Financial Planning.
Beyond operations, I have over 25 years of experience in Financial Planning, helping individuals and families align their financial decisions with their most meaningful life goals. This approach goes beyond traditional financial planning by focussing on understanding what truly matters to our clients and creating strategies that support their aspirations.
Outside of work, I am a life-long Arsenal FC supporter and enjoy listening to music especially Smooth Jazz, and compiling music quizzes for local fundraisers—a rewarding way to combine my love for music with engaging in the local community.
I enjoys travelling – the most memorable travel experiences Barbados, Cuba, and Italy’s Amalfi Coast. Future destinations include California’s Napa Valley, Bologna and Florence.
