Sue joined the Serenity Client Support Team in 2018 and brought with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in systems and processes having worked in HR & Payroll for a large infrastructure and business services company. As well as supporting her colleagues and our clients, Sue focuses on maintaining our systems and processes ensuring they are up to date.
Customer service has always been at the centre of Sue’s work going back to her days with Marks & Spencer and Skipton Building Society. She prides herself in delivering a great service and client experience and is keen to make a difference.
Out of work, Sue love’s her holiday’s, rating her time in Barbados as the best location she’s visited so far. She enjoys eating out with friends and spending time in her garden.
