Not only does this help you to identify the main lifestyle changes that would make day to day life much happier, it also helps you to make more conscious day to day decisions about how to move towards your ideal life.

 

Often, what we discover is that we can make simple changes right now that dramatically enhance our daily lives. Even if you have completed this exercise in the past, it is worth revisiting. You can continue to plan your ideal week and ideal year.
