New Serenity Appointments Confirm Position as Largest Financial Life Planning Firm in the UK

The move confirms Serenity’s position as the largest firm of Financial Life Planners in the UK and is part of the company’s ambitions to offer access to a qualified Financial Life Planner in all major regions.

With the arrival of Jeremy Squibb and Tina Winter, the company now has advisers in London, Middlesex, Kent, Cornwall, Nottingham, Lincoln and Yorkshire.

Jeremy Squibb has twenty years industry experience, including with Kelsall Steele and Lloyds TSB.  He is already a Registered Life Planner and is currently Chairman of the Personal Finance Society for Plymouth and Cornwall.

Tina Winter is a Chartered Financial Planner having formerly been a freelance paraplanner.  Tina has also had advisory roles with Coutts & Co, Hogg Robinson IFA and Grant Thornton.

Serenity’s founder and first UK female Registered Life Planner, Tina Weeks said today:

Life Planning Methodology

Serenity predominantly follows the Kinder Life Planning methodology.  All advisers on the Serenity team are either fully a qualified Registered Life Planners® with the Kinder Institute or are currently undergoing training.

Weeks believes that Life Planning not only helps financial planning firms to clearly differentiate themselves, but also often surprises and delights clients as to what they can achieve in their lives after working with a Serenity Life Planner; adding:

In order to underpin Serenity’s growing financial life planning team, the company has brought inhouse some of the functions that were previously outsourced, such as paraplanning and administration, with new appointments in these areas. All back office functions are streamlined to support remote working by advisers.
