As a team, everyone at Serenity always looks forward to our Quarterly meetings as it’s an opportunity to all get together – with both a mix of office and remote working, we value this time to get together and catch up. This March our meeting was held in London and was extra special, as not only were we having our first quarterly meeting of the year, but we were celebrating the partial retirement of our lovely Sue.
Sue began her Client Relationship Manager role at Serenity in 2018 and has been a much-valued member of the team. Based in our Lincoln office, Sue has supported both the support team and the Advisers with their work and has been crucial to the smooth running and success of the business and has primarily spent much of her time assisting the Management team with the financial side of the business. With her speciality being figures and numbers, Sue will still be working one day a week, continuing to assist the Management team with the finances.
Although we are all going to miss Sue on a daily basis, we’re all super excited for this new chapter in her life. With her newfound free time, Sue has been busy baking and plans on taking a cake decorating course in the near future. She has also recently joined the local walking group in her village and has been busy getting her steps in! To help enhance her retirement, we were pleased to present Sue at our meeting with a food mixer, baking book and her steps are now also being tracked on her new Fitbit.
