Sarah Smith

Client Relationship Manager

Sarah joined us as a Client Relationship Manager in October 2019 and is based in our Client Support Hub in Lincoln. She brings to Serenity a wealth of experience in investment platforms, pensions and workplace solutions.

Having worked in Financial Services for over 18 years, Sarah has gained valuable experience in a variety of roles. After starting out in a sales support role with Aviva in Nottingham, she moved from a provider to a financial adviser firm where she progressed as a financial services administrator. Through this role, Sarah gained the extensive knowledge and insight required to support financial advisers.

In 2011, Sarah moved back to a provider joining AXA as a Platform consultant where she developed and delivered training accreditation programmes to new and existing users of AXA’s Elevate platform. Sarah then joined AEGON as a Platform Implementation Manager focussing on implementing and delivering AEGON’s ARC platform to financial advisers and small to medium-sized employers as they established their workplace pension schemes under Auto-enrolment.

After a short spell as a field-based consultant with Royal London, Sarah wanted to return to supporting financial advisers and their clients where she can see the difference great financial planning can make to peoples lives.

Sarah lives in Lincoln with her husband and dog and her favourite type of holiday is skiing in France.  In her spare time, she enjoys walking in the UK and is also a keen gardener and home decorator.
